Position Details:

Full-time position Monday through Friday Rotating Saturdays required

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of professional cake decorating experience Strong skills in: Cake splitting and filling Icing and frosting techniques Buttercream piping and detailed designs Hand-drawn buttercream artwork Working with fondant , including tiered and shaped cakes High-detail custom and wedding cakes

Responsibilities:

Design and decorate cakes based on customer themes and specifications Execute a wide range of styles from simple to highly detailed custom orders Work with various decorating mediums including buttercream, fondant, and deco icing Ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail in every product Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
