Production Bakery Associate Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Job Type:
Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Production Bakery Associate to join our bakery team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality baked goods. Experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. This role involves early morning shifts and weekend availability. If you enjoy working with fresh baked goods and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist with daily bakery production and preparation Prepare and bake products according to established recipes and quality standards Operate bakery equipment, including ovens and proofers, safely and efficiently Perform prep work for bakery production Package products and prepare customer orders Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bakery Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Support production goals during high-volume periods Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Ability to work early morning shifts Weekend availability required Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, stack, and move up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a warm production environment Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Previous bakery, food service, or food production experience Experience operating commercial kitchen or bakery equipment Customer service experience is a plus Benefits Employee discount Health insurance Opportunities for advancement
