As a talented Baker, you will help create a warm and joyful experience for our community while honing your baking skills and growing your career with a brand expanding rapidly across the U.S. What You'll Do as a Dynamic Baker Prepare and bake breads, pastries, donuts, and desserts with precision and care Operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficiently Handle prep tasks like scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing baked goods Monitor bake times and product appearance to ensure consistent quality Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen station Rotate and stock ingredients, checking for freshness and quality Complete production logs, waste tracking, and usage sheets accurately Support team goals with flexibility and urgency Assist in training new bakers on recipes and methods What You Bring to Our Loving Bakery Team At least 1 year of bakery production experience Knowledge of baking techniques, recipe execution, and timing Understanding of food safety, labeling, and sanitization practices ServSafe Food Handler's Certification preferred Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
