Katzinger's is a New York style deli and Columbus Institution. We have been around since 1984 specializing in the highest quality sandwiches, cheese, meats, desserts, catering, and all around fine food. If you have a passion for great food, we want you to come work with us! This position requires excellent time management skills, strong communication, an eye for quality and consistency, and the ability to work independently.

Duties include:

baking all brownines, cheesecakes and specialty desserts to Katzinger's specifications setting up the dessert case daily make all cookie doughs bake quiches and desserts for catering orders Providing exceptional service to guests as well as fellow employees Maintaining a clean work area in which to perform job functions safely

Requirements:

18 years old Willingness to taste all food for quality and consistency General knowledge of safe food handling procedures and practices Positive personality Willingness to learn Morning availability Ability to work and communicate well in a team setting This position will report to and work under the immediate direction of the Kitchen Manager. A typical shift is from 6am-2pm with reasonable flexibility in days off.
