Key Responsibilities:

As a Baker, your role will include:

Baking Excellence:

At its core, this is a from-scratch bakery :)

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with team members to complete daily tasks and production of high-quality desserts.

Customer Engagement :

Create positive experiences for every customer and keep them informed about new products.

Requirements:

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent, culinary or associate degree a plus.

Experience :

Prior experience in the food & beverage industry preferred (food handler certification required prior to employment).

Skills :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to

Detail :

Ensure precision in dessert preparation, customer service, and operational tasks.

Work Ethic :

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Flexibility :

Availability for part-time shifts Monday-Saturday 7am-10:30pm (morning, midday, and night shifts available), with 1 day off in addition to ALL Sundays off. Saturday availability is required.

Physical Stamina :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.

Work Schedule:

Guaranteed Day Off :

Crumbl is closed on Sundays and many major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's).

Prime Shifts :

Availability required for Saturday shifts.

Priority Consideration :
