Part-Time Baker (10+ Hours/Week) - Flexible Schedule - Family-Owned Chocolate Shop We're a small, family-owned chocolate shop looking for a part-time baker to join our team! Position Details Minimum of 10 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as we grow Preferred schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate Opportunity to grow with the business and contribute new ideas and products What We're Looking For Previous baking experience required Ability to follow established recipes and procedures Attention to detail and consistency in production Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Passion for baking and creating quality products What You'll Do Prepare baked goods using our recipes Assist with production for our chocolate shop offerings Maintain a clean and organized workspace Help develop and test new menu items as the business grows We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a small business environment where their contributions truly matter.
