Azure Hearthstone Floor Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing daily production of all bakery products. This includes managing a team, running production, monitoring product levels, following cleaning and quality practices, and training any new team members. Promotes and grows the Azure Hearthstone brand. Managing Azure Hearthstone employees, overseeing daily operations Working daily in Bakery to make sure all products are produced in a timely manner Following systems and schedules for making sure bread is properly rising All ordering of ingredients and equipment that may be needed Quality control Following created recipes and processes currently implemented Managing the retail portion of the bakery, community relation Stay in close contact with the Azure management team to ensure cohesiveness between departments. Ensure we have inventory of all supplies needed for daily production. Maintaining a good team culture that follows Azure's Core Values Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Experience and knowledge in baking bread and other products. Problem solving skills, extensive knowledge of recipes and products Good decision making skills. Lots of ideas for ways to grow and improve this brand and willing to put in the work to implement them Good customer, employee and vendor relation skills Cheerful attitude and work ethic Good leadership skills Basic computer skills Willing to jump into anything and learn new skills Comprehend basic mathematics Attention to detail Lifting objects up to 60 lbs, reaching up, bending over, standing, climbing stairs and ladders, and squatting is routinely required
