Handle food ingredients safely, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination. Assist in food production tasks such as mixing, portioning, and cooking ingredients as needed. Skills Proven experience in baking. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety protocols. Experience with food handling standards within the food industry or restaurant settings. Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and ingredient preparation. Ability to work efficiently during night shifts while maintaining high-quality standards. Customer service skills to ensure positive interactions when handling product pickups or inquiries. Familiarity with packaging methods suitable for preserving freshness during storage or transport.
