Job Description

Bring! Treats for Dogs is Hiring a BakerBring! Treats for Dogs, Portland's first and only dog treat food truck, is looking for an experienced baker to join our team in Southeast Portland.

Since 2022, Bring! has been creating fresh-baked treats, specialty cakes, pupcakes, pastries, and enrichment foods for dogs throughout the Portland metro area. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a baker who can help lead production and ensure our products are consistently beautiful, delicious, and made with care.

This is a hands-on baking position for someone who enjoys working independently, managing production, and taking pride in their craft.
Responsibilities:
Preparing doughs, batters, frostings, and fillingsBaking treats, cakes, pupcakes, empawnadas, woofles, and other specialty itemsDecorating cakes and custom ordersFollowing recipes while maintaining consistent quality standardsManaging daily production schedules and prioritiesMaintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe workspaceAssisting with inventory and ingredient preparationWarmly greeting customers and providing excellent service to our clientele.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has baking, pastry, or professional kitchen experience - gluten free is helpful.

Can work independently and stay productive without constant supervisionIs organized, reliable, and detail-orientedEnjoys working in a small business environmentTakes ownership of their work and sees tasks through to completionLoves dogs and appreciates being part of a mission-driven business
