Job Description
We're looking for someone to join our lamination team! This is full time role working primarily with laminated doughs, but also assisting across the kitchen.
Job responsibilities include:
Mixing croissant and pie doughProofing laminated itemsEgg washing laminated itemsEncasing and shaping croissant doughTurning and punching pie doughAssembling hand piesAssembling almond croissantsCompensation includes:
Pay will be determined based on experienceMonthly discretionary fund to be used at our sister companies: Steeplejack Brewing, Water Ave Coffee, and Harder Day Coffee CompanyHealth insurance option for those working 30+ hours a week on average (which this position should!)
