What You'll Do:

As a Crosby's Associate, you'll ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

Your day-to-day will include:

Welcoming customers warmly and creating a clean, inviting shopping experience. Sharing our fresh, delicious food and helping customers find what they need. Keeping shelves stocked, organized, and ready for the next wave of happy customers. Contributing to a safe, well-run store where your input is valued. Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. At least 18 years of age preferred. Prior experience is a plus but not required—your energy and willingness to learn matter most!

Essential Job Functions:

Be comfortable standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods. Handle transactions accurately and keep track of inventory.
