We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Bakery Clerk & Cake Decorator to join our tight-knit team! Position Overview In this role, you will combine creative artistry with everyday bakery operations. Whether you are piping detail onto a custom birthday cake, baking fresh pastries, or helping a customer at the counter, your dependability and positive attitude will help keep our bakery running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Cake & Pastry Decoration:

Design, ice, and decorate custom cakes, cupcakes, and seasonal pastries with attention to detail and customer specifications.

Bakery Operations & Baking:

Assist in baking, packaging, labeling, and displaying fresh bakery items daily to ensure full, attractive displays.

Customer Service:

Warmly greet customers, assist with product selections, answer questions, and take custom cake orders accurately.

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with fellow team members to manage daily duties, maintain clean work areas, and cover bakery needs during peak store hours.

Store Integrity & Sanitation:

Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department regulations and store guidelines.

Inventory & Quality Control:

Help monitor product freshness, keep track of bakery supplies, and restock baking/decorating stations as needed.

Dependable & Trustworthy:

Punctual, reliable, and committed to showing up for your team and delivering high-quality work every day.

Creative Talent:

Prior experience with cake decorating, piping techniques, and food preparation in a retail, grocery, or bakery setting.

Physical Ability:
