Artisan Baker — Tea Confections Part-Time / Contract

  • On-Site A ultra-luxury, five-star couture concierge tea brand sourcing from an exclusive organic farming family and serving distinguished hospitality partners across the country.
Every detail we produce is held to the highest standard of artistry and quality. We are now seeking an exceptional local baker to join the house and bring our tea-inspired confections to life. The Role We are looking for a skilled and creative baker to design and produce artisan tea-inspired confections. This is a highly creative and collaborative position — you will work closely with our Tea Master to develop recipes that reflect the brand's couture identity. Responsibilities Design and bake artisan tea cookies, mini biscotti... incorporating our blends and flavors Craft handmade marshmallows and other tea-inspired confections as directed Collaborate with the Tea Master on recipe development and product presentation Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all baked goods Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times Deliver finished products on agreed timelines Requirements Proven professional baking experience — required Portfolio of work: images of baked goods and confections must be submitted with application Professional references required (minimum two) Local to the Dracut, MA area — in-person work required Available to start immediately High creative standards with a keen eye for presentation and detail Familiarity with specialty or artisan baking is strongly preferred How to Apply To be considered for this role, your application must include: A brief introduction describing your baking background and experience Images of your work — tea cookies, marshmallows, confections, or other relevant items A minimum of two professional references (name, title, and contact information) Your availability and preferred schedule Applications submitted without images of work and references will not be reviewed.
