The Role We're looking for an Opening Baker to take ownership of early morning baking operations. This role is critical in ensuring consistency, quality, and a smooth opening for heavy mornings. What We're Looking For Baking or food production experience preferred Ability to work independently during early morning hours Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable and comfortable following structured systems Why This Role Matters This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and operational flow. Strong execution in baking ensures consistency, supports production timelines, and keeps the entire team running efficiently.
