We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time 3rd Shift Bakery Clerk to assist with overnight bakery production and preparation. This position is responsible for baking, packaging, stocking, and maintaining fresh bakery products while ensuring a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently during overnight hours. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Bake and prepare bakery products according to company recipes and production schedules. Package, label, and date products accurately. Stock bakery displays and backroom inventory for the following day's business. Monitor product quality and remove outdated or damaged items. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment, workstations, and storage areas. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures. Receive and organize bakery deliveries as needed. Assist with inventory counts and report low stock levels. Safely operate bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, slicers, and wrapping machines. Perform other duties as assigned to support bakery operations. Schedule Part-time Overnight (3rd Shift) Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Typical shift:

10:00 PM-6:00 AM (or as scheduled). Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous bakery, grocery, food service, or retail experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Basic math and communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Bend, reach, twist, and climb as needed throughout the shift.
