Previous baking experience is preferred with some professional kitchen or restaurant experience. Looking for someone who can accomplish tasks quickly and efficiently, follow directions and work clean. Core job duties include producing the mixing doughs, shaping breads, and baking croissants, along with other staple products, and helping to keep our facility clean and organized. Pay dependent on experience and ability to work independently. Ideal candidate is someone looking for a long-term position where they can learn and grow within the company. Shifts are 7am -3pm. Weekly schedule is flexible and will be discussed during the interview process. We are incredibly passionate about what we create. Almost everything is made entirely from scratch in house and we specialize in laminated doughs and have a fantastic bread program as well. We have a good time, rotate flavors and menu items and are looking to expand our wholesale program. This is a great job for someone looking to work semi independently and try something new or fine tune their skills.
