Baker

```Duties```

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
• Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests or design specifications
• Follow recipes and ensure accurate measurements of ingredients
• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
• Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area

• Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
