If the shift is shared, the baker will work 8:00 to 11:00/11:30 a.m. and the server/closer will work 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Duties include making a baked item daily, help prep specialty meal, serve on the specialty line, participate in the after lunch cleaning rotation, be on the closing team, other duties as needed.
