YOUR ROLE ON OUR TEAM
Bake and decorate cookies, cakes, pies, and other treats using established recipes. Package products with precision, ensuring quality and freshness for customers. Assist in ingredient prep (chopping, mixing, measuring) and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals and uphold food safety standards. Taste-test batters, doughs, and fillings to guarantee consistency and excellence.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE
Skills :
Experience in cake/cookie decorating (preferred) or an extra crafty person with willingness to learn.
Passion :
Enthusiasm for baking and attention to detail.
Stamina :
Ability to stand for 8+ hours, lift 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching).
Team Spirit :
Thrive in fast-paced settings and communicate effectively with team members.
