As a Bakery Associate, you'll play a vital role in creating a delightful experience for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Baking and packaging cookies with precision and care. Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor. Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Participating in tasks such as folding boxes, restocking, and other duties assigned by the manager. No previous kitchen experience required; training will be provided. A current food handler's card is mandatory.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have: Ability to accurately handle and package cookies, perform cashier duties, and contribute to kitchen operations. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service and fostering a safe and empowering work atmosphere.
Physical Requirements:
You'll need to be physically capable of: Occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs (flour, sugar, etc.). Standing, squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, walking, and leaning throughout your shift. Repetitive motion of wrists/arms during baking tasks. Maneuvering quickly in a confined space around hot ovens. Taking visual and audible cues for efficient operations.
