Job Description

LENOIR is a small, family-owned restaurant with a tight team that is looking for an experienced, professional full-time baker & pastry production lead. Our menu is small, seasonal, and focused-- with ingredients sourced locally from Texas growers, foragers, fisherman, and ranchers. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about cooking, presenting food beautifully (and well-seasoned), and who is committed to sustainability and supporting/giving back to our local community.

Ideal applicants should have:2 years experience working in pastry productionExperience making doughs, including a variety of breads and pastasExperience working with new ingredients and interest in learning (or having knowledge of) seasonality of Texas produceCollaborative spirit and the ability to communicate wellHigh standards of cleanliness/organization/consolidationA great attitude and interest in learning and contributing to our ethos/work cultureIn return, we offer the right person:
