Job Description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented, artistic, and energetic individual to join our team as an Ice Cream Cake Decorator. The ideal candidate enjoys working with food, has a creative eye for design, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Decorate and design ice cream cakes according to company standards and customer requests Personalize cakes with writing, themes, and custom decorations Prepare and handle cake ingredients (ice cream, frosting, toppings, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety guidelines Manage special orders and ensure timely completion Provide excellent customer service when assisting with orders and design requests Support general shop duties as needed (stocking, cleaning, etc.)

Qualifications:

Previous cake decorating or baking experience required Strong attention to detail and creativity Ability to work in a cold environment (freezer area) Good time-management and organizational skills Friendly, customer-focused attitude Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
