Courses may include online courses and/or dual-credit/early college classes. Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in Baking & Pastry from an Accredited Institution. Three (3) years work experience in Baking & Pastry. Current ServSafe Manager or Texas Certified Food Manager certification for lab instructors required to instruct Culinary and/or Baking/Pastry courses. Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Demonstrate skill, knowledge, and abilities in the teaching discipline. Preferred Qualifications Successful college teaching experience utilizing instructional technologies, including computers, internet resources and other appropriate media in instruction.
