Training begins at $8/hour and will take place at one of our currently operating store locations in Brownsville or Weslaco prior to the Harlingen store opening. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute to these training locations until the Harlingen store officially opens, at which point team members will transition to working primarily at the Harlingen location. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering high-quality products, and provide outstanding customer service. Baker Responsibilities Read, understand, and accurately follow Crumbl recipes and procedures Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients using mixers, blenders, ovens, and other baking equipment Decorate and present finished products to Crumbl quality standards Perform quality and food safety checks on ingredients and completed products Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, processing orders, and creating a welcoming environment Maintain accurate records for inventory, deliveries, and production levels Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and completed on time Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations and equipment throughout each shift Support team operations by communicating effectively, solving problems, and maintaining a positive work environment Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic Baker Requirements Food Handler's Permit required before start date Ability to lift 25-50 pounds regularly Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to training locations in Brownsville or Weslaco prior to the Harlingen store opening Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail, especially when performing food quality and safety inspections Basic math and computer skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hot, and high-energy environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and use baking equipment for extended periods Dependable, coachable, and motivated to grow within the company Understands and values cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Demonstrates leadership qualities such as accountability, initiative, teamwork, and a positive attitude Crumbl offers a fun, energetic, and team-oriented atmosphere where hard work and leadership are recognized.
