This role focuses on precision, cleanliness, and consistency while supporting front-of-house needs during peak hours. This is a hands-on production role . Speed matters, accuracy matters more. Key Responsibilities Assemble and finish cakes according to Paris Baguette standards Apply frosting, toppings, writing, and decorations as trained Prepare cakes for display cases and customer pickup Handle cake slicing, boxing, labeling, and order staging Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at the cake station Assist with inventory prep (cake bases, cream, toppings) Support front-of-house during rushes (boxing, order handoff as needed) Properly store cakes and ingredients to maintain quality Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Comfortable working with food and repetitive tasks Ability to follow standardized recipes and visual guides Reliable, punctual, and able to work under time pressure Able to stand for long periods and lift light bakery items Weekend and holiday availability required Preferred (Not Required) Bakery, pastry, or cake decorating experience Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
