Experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train motivated candidates. Responsibilities Prepare and decorate Baskin-Robbins ice cream cakes Write custom messages and create themed cake designs Follow cake production schedules and quality standards Maintain inventory of decorating supplies Keep workstations clean and organized Ensure all products meet company presentation standards Qualifications Artistic and creative mindset Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Experience decorating cakes is a plus, but training is available Benefits Flexible scheduling Paid training Employee discounts Opportunity to develop cake decorating skills Growth opportunities within the company
