Position Summary The Baker is responsible for preparing, mixing, baking, decorating, and packaging Crumbl's rotating menu of gourmet cookies while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Prepare cookie dough and ingredients according to Crumbl recipes and standards.
Mix, portion, bake, frost, and decorate cookies.
Operate commercial baking equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain product quality, presentation, and consistency.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
Assist with inventory management, stocking, and ingredient preparation.
Keep workstations, kitchen areas, and equipment clean and organized.
Package orders accurately and efficiently.
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous baking, food service, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Ability to follow recipes and procedures precisely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
