You will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes. Your expertise in food preparation, baking techniques, and cake decorating will ensure each product meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Must be able to work in warm environment. Must be able to do repetitive tasks. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts with precision. Manage food production schedules to ensure timely availability of fresh products throughout the day Package baked goods professionally for retail display or catering orders, maintaining presentation quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in compliance with food safety standards Handle food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, and assembling products Follow all food handling and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers Requirements Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Experience with packaging baked goods for retail or catering purposes Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives, and other baking tools safely and efficiently Excellent customer service skills to engage positively with clients and team members Previous experience working in a bakery, restaurant, or food industry setting is preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
