Position:
Baker / Back of House (BOH) Team MemberKey Responsibilities Prepare products and prioritize daily bakery production needs Follow proper labeling, storage, and food safety procedures Operate commercial mixers and baking equipment Execute recipes with precision and consistency Maintain a clean and organized kitchen (mopping, sanitizing, dishwashing, etc.) Follow opening and closing checklists Cross-train to support Front of House (FOH) operations Requirements Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Team-oriented with a positive, friendly attitude Customer-service mindset Food service or bakery experience is a plus (not required) What We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who is: Energetic and dependable Detail-oriented Passionate about quality and consistency Committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience
