We are an artisan bakery specializing in naturally leavened and fermented breads and delicate Viennoiserie located in Historic Downtown McKinney. We are looking for a hard-working, driven individual who is passionate about bread. Professional experience with high hydration sourdough breads is required. Our ideal candidate is a team player, self-starter, flexible with hours, and an early riser. Must be on time, organized, have a good attitude, be willing to learn and take direction and be committed to the craft.
