BAKER / DONUT PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Pay:
$10
- 17 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time early-morning shifts. Some shifts begin as early as 3:00 a.m. Weekend availability is required.
Employment:
Hourly, non-exempt W-2 employee
ABOUT THE ROLE
Help prepare, produce, and finish the donuts and breakfast products sold each day. This is an early-morning position for someone who is dependable, careful, and willing to learn.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare ingredients and assist with daily donut and bakery production
- Proof, fry, fill, glaze, decorate, and finish products
- Follow recipes and quality standards so products are ready for the morning rush
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and production areas
- Stock and rotate ingredients and help the store team as needed
WHAT WE NEED
- Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled early-morning and weekend shifts
- Able to follow recipes, instructions, food-safety rules, and store procedures
- Comfortable working with a small team around commercial bakery equipment, hot surfaces, and food ingredients
- Able to stand for extended periods and safely bend, reach, and move ingredients or supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable learning digital checklists, scheduling tools, and new store procedures; training is provided Prior bakery, restaurant, kitchen, or food-production experience is helpful but not required.
