$15.00 to $25.00/hr Depends on Experience Position summary: The Baker/Donut Production Associate helps prepare, produce, and finish the donuts and breakfast products sold each day. This is an early-morning position that requires dependable attendance, attention to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Primary responsibilities:
? Assist with daily donut and bakery production
? Prepare dough, glazes, fillings, toppings, and other ingredients
? Proof, fry, fill, decorate, and finish products according to recipes and quality standards
? Monitor product freshness, appearance, portioning, and consistency
? Prepare and organize products before the store's busiest morning hours
? Set up, clean, and sanitize production areas, equipment, and utensils
? Receive, organize, rotate, and restock ingredients and supplies
? Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures
? Package and stage finished products for the front-counter team
? Help teammates complete other store tasks when needed Preferred qualifications: ? Able to report reliably for scheduled early-morning shifts
? Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a small team
? Able to follow recipes, instructions, and production standards consistently
? Comfortable working around commercial bakery equipment, hot surfaces, and food ingredients
? Able to stand for extended periods and safely bend, reach, and move ingredients and supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation ? Prior bakery, restaurant, kitchen, or food-production experience is helpful but not required
