In this role, you will be responsible for preparing our core baked goods during overnight production, ensuring everything is fresh, consistent, and ready for the day ahead. You will play a key role in producing our signature breads, donuts, cookies, and cake prep with precision and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in consistency, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced baking environment. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of products including bread, donuts, and cookies according to Pastry Queens standards Accurately measure, mix, and handle ingredients to ensure consistent product quality Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines during overnight production Manage baking schedules to ensure all items are ready on time for morning operations Maintain a clean, organized workstation, including proper equipment cleaning and ingredient storage Package and store finished products appropriately for retail and further use Work independently while meeting production goals and deadlines Skills & Qualifications Experience in baking (bread, donuts, or pastries) preferred Strong understanding of food safety and proper food handling procedures Ability to work overnight shifts (10PM - 7AM, 3 days per week) Good time management and ability to follow production schedules Attention to detail and commitment to product consistency Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision Experience in a bakery or commercial kitchen is a plus Why Join Pastry Queens?
