Job Description

Responsibilities:
Prepares product and prioritizes bakery needs for daily operational excellence Follows proper sanitary and food staging procedures Operates commercial mixer and baking equipment Follows detailed baking procedures and precise recipes Washes dishes using three compartment sink and be willing to keep the kitchen clean and orderly Follows opening and closing checklists Will be cross-trained to also operate
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older Must have reliable transportation and be able to work early morning hours Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Friendly attitude and team player who is able to work well with others Ability to prioritize and have a sense of urgency Customer-service driven Baking and food service experience is a must. For this opportunity you MUST be reliable, have dedication and a great attitude.
