Job Summary We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Cake Decorator to join our Baskin-Robbins team. In this role, you'll design, assemble, and decorate custom ice cream cakes and frozen treats that help guests celebrate birthdays, graduations, and other special occasions. You'll follow Baskin-Robbins brand standards while bringing creativity and care to every order.

Pay & Hours Pay:

$16.00 per hour + tips (depending on experience)

Hours:

25-30 hours per week Key Responsibilities Design, assemble, and decorate custom ice cream cakes and specialty desserts using icing, chocolate, edible images, and other decorations Process cake orders received in-store, by phone, and online accurately and on time Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing cake display case Manage inventory of cakes, icing, decorations, and supplies; rotate product and minimize waste Keep the decorating station, equipment, and freezers clean, organized, and sanitary at all times Follow all Baskin-Robbins quality standards, food safety, and sanitation procedures Support the front-of-house team with customer service or other duties during busy periods as needed Qualifications Previous cake decorating experience preferred (we are willing to train the right candidate with strong attention to detail and artistic ability) Creative eye, steady hands, and strong attention to detail Ability to follow brand standards and recipes consistently Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Friendly and professional customer service skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs Availability for weekends and holidays preferred Must meet minimum age requirements (typically 16 or 18 depending on location) What We Offer Consistent 25-30 hour weekly schedule Competitive pay of $16/hr + tips (based on experience) Employee discounts on ice cream and treats Opportunity to grow your decorating skills in a fun, team-oriented environment Potential for advancement within the store If you love creating beautiful desserts and making people's special moments sweeter, we'd love to hear from you.
