Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY - SMOOTHIE STATION
The Smoothie Station team member plays an important role in creating a great guest experience at Aubergine Kitchen. This position is responsible for preparing smoothies, açaí bowls, ice cream, desserts, and beverages accurately, efficiently, and with care. Team members keep the station clean, stocked, and organized while following recipes and presentation standards. Their work helps ensure fast service, consistent quality, and happy customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation and Stocking Prepare enough ingredients for the full shift. Restock frozen fruit, fresh fruit, toppings, and all smoothie and dessert items. Check inventory regularly during the shift. Notify a manager immediately if an item is running low or unavailable. Cleaning and Maintenance Sanitize the workstation daily. Keep the station clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift. Clean the lemonade area, containers, freezer, and ice cream machine as scheduled. Take out trash at the end of the shift. Product Quality and Service Prepare smoothies, açaí bowls, ice cream, and desserts according to recipes. Use correct measurements every time. Ensure each item looks clean, consistent, and appealing. Prepare and deliver orders quickly and accurately. Follow all dietary notes and special requests carefully. Team Support and Guest Focus Assist in other areas during busy times or slow periods. Clear used bowls and utensils from tables when needed. Help clean and organize the dining area. Restock napkins, utensils, and bags. Support teammates and maintain a positive, guest-first attitude at all times.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Friendly and professional communication with guests. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to follow recipes, procedures, and cleanliness standards. Ability to stay positive and focused during busy shifts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 16 years old. Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred. Must complete company training. Food Handler Certificate required within 14 days of hire.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Available to work 20-40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Able to stand and move for extended periods. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Full-time or Part-time, shift is 4pm-9:30/10pm Starting at $16.00 per hour
