Baker Rare Bird Coffee LLC Falls Church, VA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $13 - $24 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Ingredient handling No experience needed Material mixing Food preparation Materials management in food and beverage Full Job Description Rare Bird Coffee Roaster is looking for a Baker to join the team Experience is not required Start time is generally 7AM but an occasional 5AM baking shift will be necessary. Responsibilities Open the bakery early in the morning Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough Bake different pastries such as scones, biscuits, croissant, etc Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking Mix various ingredients to create morning pastries. Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries, including croissants, cookies and sweet rolls Track food supplies and help place orders as needed
