Job Description:
We're looking for a reliable PM Baker & Packager to run our afternoon/closing shift. This is a great fit for someone who wants to work independently, take real ownership of a shift, and grow with a bakery that runs on clear systems not guesswork.

What you'll do:

Finish baking off all breads and doughs in progress for the day, to our quality standardsAccurately package and label bread by customer orderPrep items for the next day's bakeHandle full closing procedures equipment shutdown, cleaning/sanitation, inventory and waste logging, and securing the building
Schedule:
Part-time, primarily 3pm close (close typically falls between 8 10pm depending on the day's volume). Approximately 5 15 hours/week, working Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

What we're looking for:

Baking or kitchen experience preferred; strong attention to detail and consistencyComfortable working independently most nights you'll be the only one in the building, running the close start to finishReliable, punctual, and takes ownership of qualityAble to follow written standards and checklists without needing constant oversightWhy work here:
