At La Panciata Bakery, we are looking for hard-working individuals with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn to join our Bakery Staff team. Your essential role in shaping, panning, covering, organizing, and un-panning the breads each day contributes to our daily production. If you are excited about being part of a team that creates the best Italian breads in Vermont, visit us to apply for a Bakery Staff position. This is a full time, hourly position.
Starting Pay:
$14.50 per hour
  • a performance-based wage review after 90 days of employment
Job Responsibilities:
Shaping, handling, and un-panning breads daily to create the best Italian bread products in Vermont Keeping the work area clean, checking and greasing dividers Dishes on a rotating basis (roughly once a week) Clean production equipment. Work Hours Monday 8am
  • Completion (7-8pm) Wednesday 8am
  • Completion (2pm) Thursday 8am
  • Completion (6 or 7pm) Friday 8am
  • Completion (5-6pm)

Originally started by Glenn and Lori Loati, the bakery gained popularity through its quality product and word of mouth. The bread's exceptional taste and quality ingredients have earned a loyal customer base. La Panciata offers a diverse range of flavors, textures, and styles. The bakery is also known for its community involvement, with the original owners and current owners, Justin and Bonka Loati, actively giving back to local charities. In 2016, Justin and Bonka purchased the bakery, maintaining its originality while infusing their own individuality into the business. Working at La Panciata bakery you will be part of the team that makes high quality bread products that feed thousands of people in Vermont and parts of New Hampshire every week.
