Full Time Position Overview The Bakery Production Staff member supports day-to-day operations within the Bakery Department, working collaboratively with team members and under the direction of the Bakery Production Manager. This role involves physical work, including prolonged standing and lifting, and may require working in environments with varying temperatures. Primary Responsibilities Assist in finishing products, including preparation for baking and icing cookies Package and label finished bakery goods accurately Operate scales and bakery-specific equipment in a safe and efficient manner Receive, unload, organize, and restock baking supplies Follow all sanitation and food safety procedures Participate in daily cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace Measure, mix, and portion both raw ingredients and finished goods Support team members and assist in additional duties as assigned by the Bakery Production Manager Requirements & Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must possess or obtain a valid Food Worker Card within 10 days of hire Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for 8-12 hours per shift Comfortable working in varying temperature environments (hot, cold, humid) Basic math and measurement skills (reading recipes, scaling, portioning)
Pay:
From $17.13 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
