Our shop is all about creating warm, memorable experiences for our guests. We're proud of the breads, pastries, and sweets we bake—but just as important is the way we treat people. If you love good food and great customer service, this role might be a perfect fit. Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service Help guests choose products, share recommendations, and process sales Maintain clean, organized, and inviting displays of baked goods Perform opening duties: put out signs, brew fresh coffee, set up baked goods, and sweep floors Perform closing duties: wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, and tidy the shop for the next day Support a positive, team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For A genuine enjoyment of working with people and providing excellent customer service Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Reliability and consistency—we depend on each other to keep things running smoothly Ability to stay calm and upbeat during busy times No prior bakery experience required; we'll provide training What We Offer A friendly, supportive workplace where your work matters Opportunities to learn more about bread, pastry, and coffee Staff discounts on baked goods Competitive pay with room to grow-We are growing quickly with an eye on expansion
