We specialize in all manner of croissants, and also offer bread, desserts, and sandwiches. We offer a full drink menu with coffee provided by Fulcrum, a coffee roaster out of Seattle. We strive to create a positive, safe, and constructive space for our employees and customers alike. We have openings for AM & PM bakery prep. AM bakery prep includes preparation of all desserts, muffins, scones, etc(scaling recipes, mixing, scooping), and fillings and toppings for croissants and other specials. PM bakery prep is a new position that will mainly focus on prep for our wholesale customers in Seabrook and assisting with AM prep when available. Wholesale prep includes scaling, mixing and baking items like cookies, scones and muffins, plus baking bread. There are some things all kitchen staff is responsible for: inventory of all prepped items, writing the list of prep tasks for the day, and cleanliness/organization of the kitchen, walk in fridge and dish pit area. We put extreme emphasis on working as a team and asking for help when you need it to ensure we are well prepared for each day! These positions begins at part-time, but has a possibility to move to full-time in the busier spring and summer months. Pay starts at $17.12/hr, with tips(tips are split amongst entire staff). Shifts can be 6-10 hours depending on workload. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50lbs at a time and have reliable transportation. We provide training for all positions, so if you do not have relevant experience, that is ok! Please provide a cover letter with a bit about you if you don't have experience. A good attitude and work ethic are two of our most important considerations.
