A qualified candidate will have at least two years experience baking in a professional kitchen. We are very busy on the bakery side of our kitchen, and some of the position requirements and responsibilities of baker include dough work, laminated dough, cookies, bars, burger buns, cinnamon rolls, breads, pastry creams and fillings. Our baker works in tangent with our Pastry Chef, each responsible for their share of fulfilling the morning bake. We are interested in hiring individuals who are self-motivated, artistic, and dedicated to their craft. Hard working professionals who are serious about baking, work well as a member of a team, and are capable of bringing new ideas and creativity to our kitchen will be compensated favorably. Wages based on experience and performance. Tip share and surcharge compensation are included on top of wage.
