Position Summary As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, mixing, baking, decorating, and packaging Crumbl's rotating menu of desserts while delivering exceptional service to every customer. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude. What You'll Do Mix, bake, and decorate cookies according to Crumbl standards Prepare doughs, frostings, toppings, and other ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bakery Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude Work efficiently during high-volume periods Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing responsibilities Help maintain product quality and presentation standards What We're Looking For Open availability , including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and instructions Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs Previous food service, retail, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds Reaching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements Comfortable working in a warm kitchen environment Why Crumbl?
