Wednesday thru Saturdays from 4am to 7am. All days are

REQUIRED

every week. Holiday days are typically closed, but the days leading up to it are very busy. No pre-holiday vacation time offs are accepted. We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. The successful candidate will be able to accurately follow recipes, create unique and delicious pastries, and work quickly and efficiently. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong work ethic. General kitchen experience

IS REQUIRED.

Experience in donut making is not for a person who is willing to learn, and can learn quickly.

Responsibilities:

Pan, bake, decorate a variety of different types of donuts Operate and maintain kitchen equipment. Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed. Ensure that all baked goods are prepared in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized work area. More hours are available, pending talent and motivation to learn.
