Responsibilities:

Lead complex, high-value projects from tender through substantial completion Oversee budgets, schedules, and change order management across multiple concurrent projects Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery Chair site meetings, oversee project documentation, and ensure reporting accuracy Champion safety culture and enforce regulatory compliance at all times Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and proactive communication Anticipate, identify, and resolve project risks with strategic problem-solving

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of construction project management experience, with a track record of senior-level leadership Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-million dollar projects Deep knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and industry best practices Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field A bit about us:•We are a well-established general contracting and construction management firm with a decades-long track record of delivering projects that stand the test of time.
