We are ultimately seeking individuals who have the ability to work quickly under pressure and are able to work in both independent and team settings.
Baker Responsibilities:
Read and understand recipes Measure and combine ingredients while using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies Decoration and display of finished product Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality standards Greet customers, answer questions, give recommendations, accept orders and payments, and provide exceptional customer service Take client information and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Clean and restock workstation and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift Must be 16 years or older to apply Must be able to work until 30mins past close. Open Monday-Thursday, 8AM-10PM; Friday-Saturday, 8AM-Midnight Legally eligible to work in the United States Must have basic math and computer skills Previous food experience is preferred, but not required. A food handler's permit will be required before the start date Time management skills Ability to lift 50 lbs Excellent communication skills
