We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated Production Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. You'll spend your days baking from scratch, crafting house-made syrups, prepping food for our cafes, and — on occasion — lending a hand with ice cream production. If you take pride in your craft, work well on your own, and want to be part of a team producing genuinely great food, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do Produce scratch-made bakery items — mixing, baking, and finishing goods to consistent quality and recipe standards. Make house-made syrups and other prepared items used across our cafes. Handle food prep for our locations, keeping pace with production schedules and par levels. Assist with ice cream prep as needed, learning a new skill set along the way. Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe kitchen — following proper storage, labeling, rotation, and sanitation practices. Communicate proactively with the kitchen lead and other team members about inventory, timing, and any issues that come up. What we're looking for Previous experience in a bakery, commercial kitchen, or food production environment. Strong work ethic and reliability — you show up ready to work and see things through. Ability to work independently and manage time well without constant direction. Comfort following recipes and standards precisely, with an eye for consistency and quality. Willingness to learn new skills, including ice cream production. Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain one). Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Why you'll love it here Real craft: everything is made from scratch, and quality matters here. Variety in your day — baking, syrups, prep, and occasional ice cream work. Be part of a growing, locally rooted culinary company. Retirement match, healthy living stipend, free meals! Ready to put your skills to work in a kitchen that cares about doing things right? Apply today. Stated pay range includes inclusion in tip pool.
