Job Description

Be part of one of the most enthusiastic and passionate teams in town! If you can stand the smell of fresh baked, delicious desserts, this is the job for you! We are searching for an energetic, detail oriented, and reliable candidate to become one of our Opening/Day Bakers at our Sun Prairie, WI location. This position offers a set base wage plus hourly tips. The ideal candidate will have early morning (5AM) into day, Friday availability, and Saturday availability. All Crumbl locations are closed on Sundays. Crumbl strives to deliver the best desserts and customer service to our guests day in and day out! Our mission at Crumbl Cookies is simply to bring together families and friends over a box of the most delicious cookies in the world!
Responsibilities:
Have a positive, upbeat attitude, and be willing to learn Able to lift 50+lbs and stand idle for longer periods of time Be able to read through and follow recipes Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, and other equipment (18+) to make cookies Decorating and displaying finished product Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift Constant communication with Shift Leaders and Managers to ensure daily goals are met
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older to work all equipment Legally eligible to work in the United States Must be able to work full scheduled shifts Must have Friday and Saturday availability Must be able to start at 5AM Must have reliable transportation to and from location Excellent communication skills Time management skills Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Handlers Certificate (•Not Funded by Crumbl-$9.99 Cost•) Preferred Experience Food service, bakery, restaurant, or retail experience is a plus No baking experience?
