We're looking for someone who takes pride in making great coffee, understands espresso, and can consistently create high-quality beverages while providing an excellent guest experience. Our concept blends coffee, brunch, and cocktails , so while bartending experience is a plus, it is not required . We are looking for baristas who are open and excited to be cross-trained in bartending and cocktail preparation . What You'll Do Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, macchiatos, iced coffees, and specialty drinks

• Properly pull and dial in espresso shots
• Steam and texture milk correctly
• Prepare hot and iced specialty coffee beverages according to our recipes
• Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality with every drink
• Provide warm, professional customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked coffee station
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work efficiently during busy brunch and weekend shifts
• Learn Ivy & Oak's signature beverage menu Coffee Experience We're Looking For
• Previous professional barista experience required
• Strong understanding of espresso preparation
• Experience operating a commercial espresso machine
• Knowledge of proper milk steaming and texturing
• Ability to make traditional and specialty espresso beverages
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Strong attention to detail and drink presentation
• Friendly, dependable, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests Bartending & Cross-Training Bartending experience is not required for this position.

Because Ivy & Oak is a coffee and cocktail concept, selected baristas will have the opportunity to be cross-trained in bartending . We want someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of coffee and understands that a great cup of coffee is part of the overall guest experience.
